SKH is an independent certification body in Wageningen specialising in timber, construction products and sustainable forest management. It certifies products, processes and people for sectors including construction, forestry, safety and industry. SKH is the only designated Notified Body in the Netherlands for CE marking of finger-jointed timber and certifies against the KOMO quality mark, FSC certification and various assessment guidelines for timber construction products. It aims to improve quality assurance in construction and increase the use of timber from sustainably managed forests. SKH only certifies in sectors where it can add value, combining in-depth product knowledge with process certification.
