What we see in practice
Since early 2026, companies have been requesting quotes from certification bodies through CertificeerWijzer. A response usually takes several days, often a week and sometimes longer. From some certification bodies, companies hear nothing at all. It is also a complaint we often hear from companies that come to us: they already requested quotes themselves and are still waiting.
The company does not wait. It chooses the certification body that is fast and clear. Whoever gives no price, or is too late, is out of the running.

There is no AI in the calculation: only the calculation rules from the standards and your policy. Every calculation can be explained and gives exactly the same result when repeated. So you can always show your accreditation body how your audit time came about.

Is my indication shown next to those of other certification bodies?
Yes, and that is fairer than you might think. All certification bodies calculate from the same intake, so the company compares like with like. Next to your indication are your own strengths, which you manage in your profile. And we advise the company not to choose on price alone.
Can companies or other certification bodies see my rates?
No. Companies only see a rounded range. Your rates and policy values stay in your own environment.
Who at CertificeerWijzer sees my data, and where is it stored?
Your data is stored in the EU, in a separate, shielded environment for each certification body. We only look in when we set up your profile and when you ask us for help. We do not use your rates for anything else. Confidentiality and a data processing agreement are standard.
What if the indication does not match my quote?
Your quote always prevails. The company knows in advance that it is an indication. In a regular tuning session we look together at where the profile can be sharper, without us needing to see your quotes.
Can I decline a request?
Yes. There are plenty of good reasons not to quote, such as capacity or an earlier advisory role at the company. You then let the company know why not.
Who determines the audit time?
You do. The Calculator calculates and explains, you decide.
Am I tied to you afterwards?
No. You can always export your policy and your calculations.
What does it cost?
For requests through CertificeerWijzer: nothing. If you also want to use the Calculator for your own requests or behind your own website, we will discuss that in the demo.
How does CertificeerWijzer earn money?
When a company chooses a certification body through us, that body pays us a participation fee, the same for every certification body. No paid priority, no exclusivity, and the fee never depends on the outcome of an audit.
How long does it take to set up my profile?
That depends on your schemes and your policy. We will make an estimate in the demo.
