CertificeerWijzer respects your privacy. Below you can read which data we collect and what we do with it.

Which data do we collect?

Through the contact form we ask for your name, email address, phone number and your question or message. With a quotation request we also ask for your company name and information about your certification needs.

What do we do with it?

We use your data to contact you, to match you with suitable certification bodies and to improve our services. We keep your data for no longer than 2 years after our last contact. We only share your data with certification bodies that suit you - and only with your consent. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can always view, correct or delete your data. Email info@certificeerwijzer.nl and we will take care of it.

If you upload a certificate or audit report with a request, we read it automatically and fill in a few questions for you. You check these yourself and change them where needed.

The reading is done by an AI model from OpenAI, which we call through the Vercel AI Gateway. Only OpenAI receives the documents, and we have set up OpenAI not to keep them (zero data retention). OpenAI and Vercel are American companies.

The website does not store the documents or the result. The documents are attached to your request, and we only share them with certification bodies if you agree to that in the last step.

This website does not place cookies.

For website statistics we use Umami. This is a privacy-friendly analytics platform that does not place cookies, does not collect personal data and does not store your IP address.

Our forms are protected with Vercel BotID, a necessary spam protection. When you submit a form, this check assesses technical browser and request signals, not the content of your message, to block automated abuse. The check is not used for advertising or building profiles.
