About this vacancy
As Head of Quality & Process, you provide direction on quality and process control within Kuijpers’ Central Projects. You draw up quality and commissioning plans, identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and advise management on process optimisation and lean management. In addition, you connect the department with project teams and lead professionals in commissioning, information and process management.
What will you do?
- Providing direction on quality and process control within Central Projects.
- Drawing up quality and commissioning plans during the development phase.
- Translating plans into implementation and handover.
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Initiating and managing improvement programmes.
- Advising the management team and the board on quality, process optimisation and lean management.
- Connecting Quality & Process with project teams and other Kuijpers companies.
- Leading professionals in commissioning, information and process management.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, supplemented by relevant qualifications and training.
- Experience in quality management, process management, commissioning or a combination of these.
- Experience within complex technical projects.
- A keen eye for risks, quality and process improvement.
- Experience initiating and managing improvement programmes.
- Persuasiveness and decisiveness.
- The ability to connect different disciplines and interests.
- Analytical ability and the ability to get people moving.
