About this vacancy
As a KAM Coordinator, you will develop, implement and monitor policy on quality, working conditions and the environment within a technical company. You will maintain the BRL manual, keep the RI&E up to date, carry out VCA audits and organise workplace inspections from Yerseke.
What will you do?
- Drawing up, implementing and maintaining the BRL manual.
- Drawing up, updating and monitoring the RI&E.
- Carrying out internal and external VCA audits.
- Translating audit findings into improvement actions and follow-up plans.
- Carrying out periodic workplace inspections.
- Coordinating with field and office colleagues to reduce risks.
- Translating standards and legislation into practical measures.
- Supporting improvement projects within the organisation.
What do they ask?
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) background in technical business administration, quality management or safety management.
- You have at least five years’ relevant experience in the technical sector.
- You have experience in the installation sector.
- You have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, VCA, NEN 3140, NEN 2767, BRL 6000, occupational health and safety legislation and CE-related standards.
- You have experience drawing up and maintaining BRL manuals.
- You have experience with RI&E assessments and coordinating workplace inspections.
- You have communication skills, persuasiveness and empathy.
- You are proficient in Dutch.
