About this vacancy
As a KAM Quality Coordinator, you maintain and safeguard the quality management system within a cables and pipelines organisation that is part of the Van Gelder Groep. You manage documentation, carry out audits and checks, monitor certification requirements and translate deviations into practical improvement actions.
What will you do?
- Maintaining and updating the quality management system, manuals, work instructions and process documentation.
- Carrying out audits and spot checks on implementation.
- Reporting on deviations and required corrective actions.
- Distributing relevant KAM information to implementation teams.
- Monitoring certification requirements.
- Supporting the preparation and follow-up of external audits and assessment moments.
- Identifying bottlenecks and translating findings into concrete improvements.
- Liaising with implementation teams and management on quality and regulations.
What do they ask?
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
- Understanding of VCA**, the CO2 Performance Ladder and the Safety Culture Ladder.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations such as BEI, VIAG and HWMW.
- Experience in drafting and managing documents.
- Experience in carrying out audits and reporting quality results.
- You can translate rules and standards into practical work instructions.
- You communicate clearly with implementation teams and management.
- You have a good command of Dutch; no minimum level of education is required.
