The QHSE Coordinator is the organisation’s subject-matter contact for quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment within the construction and engineering sector. The role focuses on managing and professionalising the QHSE management system, carrying out audits and inspections, and supporting certification processes.
What will you do?
- Managing and professionalising the QHSE management system
- Translating legislation and regulations into workable processes
- Carrying out and supporting internal audits, workplace inspections and RI&E assessments
- Preparing for and supporting external audits and certification processes
- Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
- Initiating improvement actions
- Advising colleagues on working with an awareness of quality and safety
- Engaging colleagues in working with an awareness of quality and safety
What do they ask?
- No minimum level of education is required
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
