About this vacancy
The Quality Coordinator designs and maintains management systems and quality processes within a technical operational environment. You conduct internal audits, support external audits and coordinate improvement plans and corrective measures. The role is part of a compact QHSE team and includes reporting to the Operations Manager and management.
What will you do?
- Designing, maintaining and assessing management systems and quality processes.
- Planning and conducting internal audits.
- Preparing audit reports and management reviews.
- Supporting external audits.
- Preparing and monitoring improvement plans and corrective measures.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs and objectives.
- Analysing results and reporting to the Operations Manager and management.
- Working with operational teams to implement improvements.
What do they ask?
- You have demonstrable experience in setting up and maintaining management systems in a technical environment.
- You have practical experience in planning, conducting and reporting on internal and external audits.
- You have a hands-on mentality and can work independently and as part of a team.
- You communicate clearly with operations and management.
- You have analytical insight into process improvement.
- You have experience in defining and monitoring KPIs.
- No minimum level of education is required.
- You have a good command of Dutch.
