About this vacancy
As a Quality Coordinator at a specialised cleaning company in Hengelo, you will monitor quality and safety processes and check whether procedures are followed in practice. You will assess risks, follow up incidents, advise employees and managers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes.
What will you do?
- Monitoring compliance with quality and safety procedures
- Checking and evaluating risk assessments and RI&E's
- Registering and investigating deviations and incidents
- Contributing to appropriate improvement measures
- Preparing and assessing reports on quality, safety and incidents
- Advising employees and managers on procedures and safe working practices
- Translating legislation and regulations into clear working arrangements
- Identifying and implementing improvements in work processes
What do they ask?
- Completed education in safety, quality or a comparable field
- Relevant work experience in quality, safety or a comparable role is an advantage
- Knowledge of or interest in safety policy, risk assessments, RI&E's and relevant legislation and regulations
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear advice
- Independent, accurate and solution-oriented approach to work
- Practical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work with employees and managers
- Preferably good command of the English language, both spoken and written
