Synsel Techniek is advertising a QHSE Manager position in Bodegraven at a manufacturing company. You will develop and implement QHSE policy, coordinate internal audits and support external audits. In addition, you will advise operational teams, supervise training sessions and follow up on improvement measures.
What will you do?

What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Safety, Quality or a comparable field
- Demonstrable experience in a QHSE or similar role
- Practical knowledge of risk analysis and improvement programmes
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with operational teams
- Fluency in Dutch
