The QHSE Manager works for an internationally operating family business that produces customer-specific technical brushes. The organisation carries out engineering, production and quality control in-house in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You maintain and further develop the QHSE system, advise management and support internal and external audits.
What will you do?
- Maintaining and further developing the QHSE system
- Drawing up, implementing and managing the QHSE policy
- Preparing for and supporting external LRQA audits
- Following up on improvement actions arising from audits
- Advising the board and management on risks, opportunities and improvement actions
- Drawing up and optimising work processes, procedures and instructions
- Coordinating occupational health and safety activities
- Ensuring an up-to-date RI&E in cooperation with the prevention officer
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field
- Demonstrable experience in a production environment
- Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Experience implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and relevant government and municipal guidelines
- Strong analytical skills and able to bring structure
- Strong communication skills, persuasive and proactive
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
