The Quality & Safety Coordinator works for a specialised cleaning company in Hengelo. You monitor and improve processes and procedures relating to quality and safety, handle non-conformities and incidents, and advise employees and managers on legislation and regulations and improvements.
What will you do?
- Monitoring and improving quality and safety.
- Checking and evaluating procedures, risk analyses and RI&Es.
- Identifying and following up on non-conformities and incidents.
- Preparing and assessing reports on non-conformities and incidents.
- Informing, training and advising employees and managers.
- Translating legislation and regulations into daily practice.
- Encouraging continuous improvement and safety awareness.
What do they ask?
- Completed education in Safety, Quality or a comparable field.
- Relevant work experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Knowledge of and interest in safety policy, risk analyses, RI&E and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Good communication and advisory skills.
- A proactive and practical attitude.
- Accurate and structured working approach.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Preferably good command of English, both spoken and written.
