The Corporate Quality Engineer supports the quality framework within the organisation and contributes to quality improvement and a strong quality culture. The role focuses on optimising and implementing quality processes, training employees and leading internal and external audits.
What will you do?
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the development and digitalisation of quality.
- Implementing quality tools and quality processes.
- Developing and delivering training on quality activities.
- Leading internal and external audits.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of corrective measures.
- Contributing to limiting risks to personnel, resources and the environment.
- Preparing reports on quality performance.
- Conducting incident investigations.
What do they ask?
- You have a master's degree in engineering, science or a related quality discipline.
- You have experience in quality management.
- You have a strong focus on process improvement.
- You hold IRCA 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- You have knowledge of incident investigations.
- You can prepare reports on quality performance.
- You are proficient in Dutch.
