About this vacancy
As a KAM Coordinator, you will work for a specialised infrastructure company in Friesland, helping to structurally embed quality, working conditions and environmental management. You will translate legislation and regulations, procedures and agreements into practical working methods, carry out inspections and support internal and external audits.
What will you do?
- Coordinating and monitoring KAM policy
- Advising colleagues and managers on quality, working conditions and environmental management
- Carrying out workplace inspections and internal checks
- Identifying risks and areas for improvement and translating them into practical measures
- Supporting RI&E assessments and other safety processes
- Investigating incidents and non-conformities and contributing to improvement measures
- Monitoring compliance with legislation and regulations and internal procedures
- Maintaining KAM documentation and records
What do they ask?
- Secondary vocational education (MBO)+ or higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in a relevant technical field
- Experience or demonstrable affinity with quality, working conditions and environmental management
- Preferably experience in construction, infrastructure or a comparable technical environment
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations relating to safety and working conditions
- You are able to work independently and engage colleagues in improvements
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with different disciplines
- Precise and analytical approach, with an overview of procedures, actions and documentation
- Good command of the Dutch language
