The QHSE Coordinator works from Alkmaar for a full-service installation company, ensuring and improving quality, working conditions, safety and the environment. The role includes developing QHSE policy, supporting audits, carrying out workplace inspections and advising project teams.
What will you do?
- Monitor and develop QHSE policy
- Support internal audits and assist with external audits and certifications
- Identify risks relating to quality, safety, working conditions and the environment
- Initiate and follow up improvement actions
- Advise project teams and employees on QHSE matters
- Carry out workplace inspections and discuss the findings
- Register incidents and analyse their causes
- Provide or coordinate toolbox meetings, instructions and QHSE communications
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) qualification in a technical, safety management or comparable field
- Some experience in QHSE, quality, safety or a comparable technical role
- Interest in installation and construction technology
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, or willingness to develop this knowledge further
- Structured approach to work
- Good communication skills with operational employees, project management and management
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Critical and practically constructive attitude
