The KAM Quality Coordinator maintains and safeguards the quality management system within an organisation that installs and maintains cables and pipelines. The role involves managing documentation, carrying out audits and checks, and providing support during external audits. The role is based in Ede within an organisation that is part of the Van Gelder Groep.
What will you do?
- Maintaining and updating the quality management system, manuals and work instructions
- Managing process documentation for projects
- Carrying out audits and spot checks on operations
- Reporting on non-conformities and required corrective actions
- Distributing KAM information to operational teams
- Monitoring certification requirements
- Supporting the preparation for and follow-up of external audits
- Translating findings into practical improvements
What do they ask?
- Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
- Understanding of VCA**, CO2-Prestatieladder and Safety Culture Ladder
- Knowledge of industry regulations such as BEI, VIAG and HWMW
- Experience in preparing and managing documents
- Experience in carrying out audits and reporting on quality results
- Clear communication with operational teams and management
- Ability to translate findings into actionable improvement measures
- Fluency in Dutch; no minimum level of education is required
