The KAM Coordinator ensures that quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental considerations are integrated into daily operations. The role involves carrying out and following up on audits, managing the quality manual and advising management on improvements within an international production environment.
What will you do?
- Coordinating and carrying out periodic internal and external audits.
- Reporting on audits and following up on improvement points.
- Managing the quality manual.
- Keeping procedures, work instructions and product inspections up to date and applicable.
- Advising management on quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental matters.
- Contributing to policy proposals and risk analyses.
- Working with Continuous Improvement and other departments on process improvements.
- Ensuring that implemented improvements are maintained.
What do they ask?
- You have completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in Technical Business Administration or Safety Studies.
- You have 2 to 5 years’ relevant work experience.
- You have knowledge of integrated management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- You have an affinity with Lean principles.
- You have practical experience in a production environment.
- You can work independently and effectively build connections within the organisation.
- You have a good command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
- You work analytically and in a structured manner.
