About this vacancy
As a quality adviser, you will work on projects that contribute to the energy transition. You will implement quality standards, carry out inspections, report findings and support technicians with safety, quality and technical skills.
What will you do?
- Implementing and enforcing quality standards and procedures within projects.
- Carrying out quality inspections.
- Documenting findings and preparing reports.
- Drawing up and following up on improvement actions.
- Coaching and supporting technicians with attitude, behaviour and technical skills.
- Organising training sessions, workshops and presentations.
- Working with project teams on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
What do they ask?
- At least a completed secondary vocational education (MBO) qualification in civil engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable technical field.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- You are not afraid to identify deviations and implement improvements.
- You work proactively and independently.
- You take responsibility for safety and quality in the workplace.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
