About this vacancy
The Quality Manager works for Praeceptum B.V. on complex infrastructure programmes and projects. You set up quality management processes, carry out audits and quality assessments, monitor compliance with contractual requirements and standards, and advise project teams and management on quality improvement and risk management.
What will you do?
- Setting up, implementing and monitoring quality management processes.
- Assessing processes, products and project results against contractual requirements, standards and guidelines.
- Identifying risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement.
- Carrying out internal audits, verifications, validations and quality assessments.
- Recording, following up and reporting findings and improvement measures.
- Advising project teams and management on quality, compliance and risk management.
- Translating quality frameworks into practical project processes.
- Promoting quality awareness and collaboration between disciplines.
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, preferably in a technical, business administration or similar field.
- At least three to five years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of and experience with quality management, internal audits and process improvement within project organisations.
- Ability to identify risks, deviations and opportunities for improvement and provide advice on these matters.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring stakeholders together.
- Proactive, analytical and results-oriented approach to work.
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
- Affinity with complex infrastructure projects and an interest in further development within project control.
