The Privacy Officer HR | GEB Coordinator works within Business Control & Quality HRM at Uitvoeringsinstituut werknemersverzekeringen in Amsterdam. You coordinate Data Protection Impact Assessments, analyse privacy risks and strengthen privacy awareness within the HR domain.
What will you do?
- Coordinating the delivery and maintenance of up-to-date domain GEBs.
- Acting as lead author of GEB reports and monitoring editorial quality.
- Structuring collaboration between business owners, HRM, legal affairs and IT.
- Analysing privacy risks.
- Reporting on risk-mitigation measures.
- Developing guidelines.
- Delivering workshops on privacy awareness.
- Strengthening ownership and a privacy-conscious organisational culture.
