As a QHSE Coordinator, you will work on quality, occupational health and safety, the environment and food safety within a logistics organisation in Doetinchem. You will advise divisions, carry out risk analyses and audits, support external audits and ensure improvements are embedded in management systems.
What will you do?
- Conduct RI&E assessments and internal audits
- Identify risks and support external audits
- Follow up on audit findings, incidents and complaints
- Ensure improvement programmes are embedded
- Increase safety awareness through toolbox meetings, among other things
- Draw up work instructions
- Keep management systems up to date and well organised
- Translate occupational health and safety, ADR, food safety and sustainability themes into practice
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the logistics sector
- Experience with management systems for quality, safety and the environment
- Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, ADR or sustainability is an advantage
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Driving licence B
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Proactive, strong communication skills, digitally proficient and persuasive
