The QHSE Coordinator works for a steel construction and technology organisation in Doetinchem, focusing on quality, safety and continuous improvement. You maintain certifications, conduct audits, handle KAM notifications and coach colleagues on safety awareness.
What will you do?
- Being responsible for quality, safety and improvements within the organisation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality, process control and safety
- Maintaining certifications and conducting audits
- Advising and informing colleagues when preparing projects
- Drawing attention to safety from the outset of projects
- Handling KAM notifications
- Monitoring the follow-up of improvement actions
- Coaching colleagues and working to increase safety awareness
What do they ask?
- Several years’ experience in a relevant position within quality management or as a KAM Coordinator
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- Preferably a qualification in Safety Studies
- An affinity with construction and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness and powers of persuasion
- A proactive attitude
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
