Arcadis Nederland is looking for a Quality Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, governance and further development of the Dutch quality management system. You will safeguard certifications, audits, legislation and regulations, improvement actions and reporting, and ensure alignment with the global Arcadis Quality Management System. In addition, you will support quality improvements and change initiatives and contribute your quality expertise to projects.
What will you do?
- Manage and develop the Dutch quality management system.
- Support the implementation of the Global Quality Management System.
- Monitor compliance with ISO standards, legislation and regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Act as the ISO management representative for the Netherlands and maintain certifications.
- Guide internal and external audits.
- Manage non-conformities, deviations, corrective measures and lessons learned.
- Report on quality KPIs, audits, deviations and improvement actions.
- Support change programmes, standardisation and process optimisation.
What do they ask?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in engineering, management, quality or business administration.
- At least 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience in quality management within an international engineering or professional services organisation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, auditing, process improvement and change management.
- Experience with organisational change, standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant quality or audit certification, such as ASQ or ISO auditor, is an advantage.
- You can explain complex subjects clearly, practically and convincingly.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- You can work collaboratively in an international organisation and build support for sustainable solutions.
