The Quality Manager manages and develops Arcadis' Dutch quality management system and supports the implementation of the global Arcadis Quality Management System. The role focuses on governance, certifications, audits, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement within Arcadis Nederland.
What will you do?
- Managing and developing the Dutch quality management system.
- Supporting the implementation of the global quality management system.
- Monitoring compliance with ISO standards, legislation and regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Acting as the ISO management representative for the Netherlands and maintaining certifications.
- Guiding internal and external audits.
- Managing deviations, non-conformities, corrective measures and lessons learned.
- Reporting on quality KPIs, audits, deviations and improvement actions.
- Supporting change, standardisation and process improvement programmes.
What do they ask?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in engineering, management, quality or business administration.
- You have at least 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in quality management within an international engineering or professional services organisation.
- You have knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, auditing, process improvement and change management.
- You have experience with organisational change, standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Relevant quality or audit certifications, such as ASQ or ISO auditor, are an advantage.
- You can explain complex subjects clearly, practically and convincingly.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You can work in an international organisation and create support for sustainable solutions.
