Gemeente Haarlemmermeer is looking for a Technical Information Security Officer to develop an AI prototype. You identify, assess and control information security risks and safeguard security frameworks, risk management and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. During a temporary assignment, you will work with, among others, the Privacy Officer, Technical Security Engineer and product owner.
What will you do?
- Conducting and supporting information security risk analyses.
- Identifying, assessing and recording risks in the risk log.
- Advising on technical, organisational and procedural control measures.
- Assessing the AI solution against the BIO, municipal security frameworks and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Assessing architecture, cloud and integration choices from an information security perspective.
- Identifying risks relating to AI, data, supplier dependencies and data exchange.
- Contributing to the DPIA and formulating information security measures.
- Recording security considerations, risk acceptances and residual risks, and advising on matters including access management, logging, monitoring, incident management and management processes.
What do they ask?
- At least five years’ experience as a TISO, Information Security Officer, Security Consultant, Security Advisor or in a comparable role.
- Demonstrable experience in information security, risk management and security governance.
- Experience with risk analyses and preparing security advice.
- Extensive knowledge of BIO/BIO2, ISO 27001 and AVG; knowledge of the AI Act is preferred.
- Experience with cloud environments, data exchange and digital services.
- Experience in assessing architecture and supplier risks.
- Experience with AI, data or automation issues is an advantage.
- Experience within the semi-public sector or an organisation with high compliance and information security requirements is an advantage.
