About this vacancy
As a QHSE Coordinator, you will work in a technical organisation to maintain and further develop the KAM management system. You will support the organisation with quality assurance, safety, the environment and compliance with laws and regulations, and advise the board and management on risks and improvements.
What will you do?
- Coordinating, maintaining and developing the KAM management system
- Managing and developing the quality management system
- Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits
- Managing and updating the safety policy
- Coordinating the RI&E and following up on action points
- Investigating incidents and organising toolbox meetings
- Monitoring environmental legislation and managing environmental records
- Maintaining certifications and translating standards and legislation into practical working methods
What do they ask?
- You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- You have preferably completed a degree in Integral Safety Management, MVK or a comparable programme
- You have knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably also of VCA
- You have experience in the installation, construction or technical sector
- You are analytically strong, practical and communicate clearly
- You can engage colleagues in improvements and convince them without a hierarchical position
- You take the initiative
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
