The Quality & Safety Coordinator works for a specialised company that cleans tankers, tank containers and plastic packaging. You monitor and improve processes and procedures relating to quality and safety, handle non-conformities and incidents, and advise employees and managers.
What will you do?
- Monitoring and improving quality and safety
- Checking and evaluating procedures, risk analyses and RI&E assessments
- Identifying and following up on non-conformities and incidents
- Preparing and assessing reports
- Informing, training and advising employees and managers
- Advising on quality, safety, legislation and regulations, and improvements
- Promoting continuous improvement and safety awareness
- Translating legislation and regulations into daily practice
What do they ask?
- Completed education in Safety Management, Quality or a comparable field
- Relevant work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Knowledge of and interest in safety policy, risk analyses, RI&E and relevant legislation and regulations
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and practical approach
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good command of English is preferred
