Gpi Tanks is looking for an HSE Adviser for Gpi Tanks XL and Gpi Process Technology. You will advise on health, safety and the environment, carry out risk analyses and workplace inspections, support audits and help further develop the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
What will you do?
- Advising colleagues and managers on HSE issues
- Carrying out risk analyses and workplace inspections
- Supporting audits
- Investigating incidents and near misses
- Maintaining and improving HSE procedures, work instructions and records
- Organising and delivering toolbox meetings and safety instructions
- Supporting the development of HSE policy and management systems
- Increasing safety awareness and translating risks into practical measures
What do they ask?
- A relevant qualification, such as Integrale Veiligheidskunde, MVK or a comparable qualification
- Preferably experience in a technical or industrial environment
- You can translate legislation, risks and policy into feasible measures
- You can positively engage employees and managers in working safely
- You work independently and proactively
- You are not afraid to take action when necessary
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
