CSU is looking for a KAM Expert for Business Unit Northeast. You will implement, safeguard and develop KAM policy and advise management and operational teams on quality, working conditions, safety, the environment and compliance. You will carry out audits, inspections and RI&E processes and translate risks and findings into improvement measures.
What will you do?
- Carrying out audits, inspections and RI&E processes
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations
- Analysing incidents, risks and audit findings
- Initiating improvement measures and monitoring their follow-up
- Advising and supporting operational teams and management on KAM matters
- Increasing awareness of quality and safety
- Translating practical experience and developments into improvements
- Contributing to the development of KAM policy and working methods
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, for example in Integral Safety Management, Safety Management or Facility Management
- Demonstrable experience with occupational health and safety, safety, quality and audits
- Experience with RI&E processes
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and quality standards
- Experience with quality management systems and compliance
- Ability to make complex issues practical and easy to understand
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- You are proficient in Dutch
