VDL HMI is looking for a QHSE Manager to lead quality policy within a technical company with approximately 100 employees. You will manage the quality and environmental management systems, support audits and work on issues relating to quality, occupational health and safety, the environment and sustainability.
What will you do?
- Leading the entire quality policy
- Developing and managing quality and environmental management systems
- Handling technical, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental issues
- Working on sustainability topics such as the CO2 Performance Ladder, MKI and CSRD
- Supporting internal and external audits and reporting on findings
- Initiating improvement projects
- Implementing corrective and preventive measures
- Managing the quality department and promoting quality awareness
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) qualification in a technical field
- Experience in engineering; knowledge of metalworking is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 1090
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to occupational health and safety and the environment
- Familiarity with statistical techniques and systems management
- You set priorities and motivate others
- You are positive, persistent, structured and analytical
- You speak Dutch and English well
