MCB is looking for a Quality Coordinator for its site in Valkenswaard, responsible for the certified quality management system. You will advise departments and line management, support audits, translate standards into practical processes and initiate improvement programmes.
What will you do?
- Advising and supporting departments on quality and continuous improvement
- Maintaining and further developing the quality management system
- Working with line management and the SQEH Manager
- Supporting audits
- Translating standards into practical processes
- Advising colleagues at various levels of the organisation
- Initiating improvement programmes
- Embedding quality in the business processes
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in a technical field
- Relevant qualifications in the field, at least Green Belt+
- At least five years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with quality systems, including ISO 9001
- Knowledge of FMEA, 5xWhy, Kaizen, 8D and Ishikawa
- Strong analytical skills and technical insight
- Good command of Dutch and English
- German is a strong advantage
