The Quality & Safety Coordinator works for a specialised cleaning company in Hengelo. You monitor and improve processes relating to quality and safety, follow up on incidents and non-conformities, and advise employees and managers on practical working methods.
What will you do?
- Monitoring and improving quality and safety within the organisation
- Checking and evaluating procedures, risk analyses and RI&E assessments
- Identifying, recording and following up on non-conformities and incidents
- Preparing and assessing reports on quality, safety and incidents
- Informing, training and advising employees and managers
- Translating legislation and regulations into practical working methods
- Increasing safety and quality awareness on the work floor
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What do they ask?
- Completed education in Safety Studies, Quality or a similar field
- Relevant work experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Knowledge of or interest in safety policy, risk analyses, RI&E assessments and relevant legislation and regulations
- Good communication skills
- You can advise employees and managers clearly and professionally
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, is preferred
