The QHSE Engineer works for a manufacturing organisation in Zwolle, monitoring and improving quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment. The role includes developing KAM policy, carrying out audits and inspections, supporting risk management and supervising improvement projects.
What will you do?

- Translating policy into practical work instructions
- Carrying out audits and inspections
- Reporting on audits and inspections
- Supporting operational teams with risk management
- Supporting incident analysis
- Preparing and supervising improvement projects
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level or a comparable qualification in quality, safety or engineering
- Relevant work experience in a KAM or QHSE role
- Practical knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to safety and quality
- Good communication skills
- Experience in preparing reports
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
