The Quality Manager supports Management and Operations at Ballast Nedam Regionale Infra with quality management. From the central office in Leerdam, the Quality Manager translates the central QA/QC policy into daily practice, improves and safeguards processes, and provides support during audits. The role also includes coaching a junior QA/QC employee and regularly visiting projects and regional offices.
What will you do?
- Coach and support Management and Operations in the field of quality management.
- Translate the central QA/QC policy into daily practice.
- Provide practical solutions to Work Preparation, Site Operations and Project Management.
- Promote QA/QC at all levels of the organisation.
- Improve existing processes and monitor their documentation and safeguarding.
- Support process owners in preparing for audits.
- Participate in audits.
- Guide a junior QA/QC employee and share professional knowledge.
