About this vacancy
As QHSE Manager, you will lead the QHSE team within a technical production environment in Waalre. You will develop and safeguard policies for quality, safety and the environment, coordinate audits and certification processes, and support various departments with operational improvements.
What will you do?
- Leading and coaching a QHSE team of four specialists.
- Developing, implementing and safeguarding QHSE policy.
- Coordinating audits and certification processes.
- Drawing up concrete improvement plans.
- Supporting production, engineering and supply chain with safety and quality issues.
- Taking improvement initiatives from development through to implementation.
- Monitoring compliance with international standards.
- Making a visible contribution to improvements on the shop floor.
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, for example in mechanical engineering, environmental science or integrated safety.
- At least five years’ demonstrable QHSE experience within a production environment.
- Experience in a technically oriented production environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with quality, environmental and safety management systems.
- Knowledge of relevant standards.
- Pragmatic and coaching leadership style.
- Administrative skills.
- Command of the Dutch language.
