About this vacancy
The Quality Officer monitors quality during all phases of construction projects and works with project managers, site managers and subcontractors. You carry out inspections, manage quality documentation, provide advice on deviations and contribute to improving quality processes within the construction company.
What will you do?
- Carrying out quality inspections during all phases of the construction process.
- Preparing and maintaining inspection reports and deviation forms.
- Identifying deviations and advising on appropriate solutions.
- Supporting and instructing site managers and subcontractors on quality requirements.
- Consulting with clients, architects and supervisors on quality-related matters.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Checking that work complies with drawings, specifications and legislation and regulations.
- Visiting various construction sites.
What do they ask?
- At least three to five years’ experience in a comparable role within the construction industry.
- Completed secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) qualification in construction engineering, civil engineering or a comparable field.
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations, standards and legislation and regulations, including the Bouwbesluit and NEN standards.
- Experience with quality documentation and inspections.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to report clearly.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch.
- Driving licence B.
