About this vacancy
As a junior QHSE Coordinator, you monitor and develop the organisation’s quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies. You manage the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, support audits and translate policy into practice in warehouses and at project locations.
What will you do?
- Managing and further developing the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
- Preparing for and supporting internal and external audits
- Identifying non-conformities and initiating improvement programmes
- Coordinating the RI&E and following up on action points
- Investigating incidents and organising toolbox meetings
- Supporting clients with permit procedures
- Carrying out workplace inspections in warehouses and at project locations
- Advising management on QHSE policy and risks
What do they ask?
- Secondary vocational education (MBO) working and thinking level with a technical or safety-related background
- An interest in and affinity with ISO 9001 and VCA certifications
- A completed qualification in Integral Safety Studies, Intermediate Safety Studies or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Willingness to obtain the Intermediate Safety Studies qualification
- Structured and accurate approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Practical approach and hands-on mentality
- Command of the Dutch language
