About this vacancy
The Project Coordinator Compliance supports the logistics departments of AS Watson in complying with changing legislation and regulations within the HSE domain. You translate regulations into policies and processes, coordinate audits and inspections, and provide advice on risks, permits and compliance.
What will you do?
- Translate changes in legislation and regulations into policies, processes and guidelines.
- Coordinate audits, inspections and compliance programmes within the Supply Chain.
- Advise management and project teams on compliance and risk-related issues.
- Work with environmental services, certification bodies and the competent authorities.
- Monitor compliance performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports and management information.
- Contribute to permit procedures and complex projects.
- Work with Corporate Affairs, Quality assurance own brand, external specialists and regulators.
What do they ask?
- Completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience with compliance, legislation and regulations, audits or permit procedures.
- Knowledge of one or more relevant compliance areas, such as GDP, Seveso, ADR or the environment.
- You switch easily between internal stakeholders, external advisers and regulators.
- You analyse complex issues and translate them into clear advice.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
