The QHSE Professional works as a QA Officer to improve and safeguard quality within an organisation that develops and manufactures attractions. The role involves developing quality policy, managing the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, and carrying out internal and supplier audits.
What will you do?
- Improving and safeguarding quality within the organisation
- Developing quality policy with colleagues and the department manager
- Translating policy into guidelines, procedures, work instructions and forms
- Managing the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001
- Carrying out internal quality audits
- Carrying out external audits at suppliers
- Supporting users of the quality management system
- Identifying legislative developments, analysing deviations and initiating improvement actions relating to products, processes, customer satisfaction and complaints
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, for example in quality management or Technical Business Administration
- Training as an internal or external auditor or lead auditor
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 and managing a quality management system
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work tactfully
- Ability to work independently, analytically, systematically and accurately
- Taking initiative and being able to engage others in quality improvements
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English
