About this vacancy
As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will work on quality and food safety within an animal feed production environment. You will monitor processes, handle complaints and non-conformities, develop quality plans and implement improvements in collaboration with production, logistics and management. You will report to the QHSE Manager.
What will you do?
- Monitoring and reporting on the internal and external quality levels of products, processes and services.
- Following up and analysing complaints and non-conformities.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring QA/QC plans and programmes.
- Collaborating with production, logistics and management.
- Leading change and improvement projects.
- Engaging employees in a quality-focused way of working.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level or equivalent experience.
- Several years’ experience in a similar QA/QC role.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and the interrelationship between business processes.
- Results-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Able to set priorities and implement changes with broad support.
- Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Able to work effectively with different teams.
