About this vacancy
As QHSE Lead, you will professionalise QHSE within the Plant Based Solutions business unit. You will develop policies and procedures, lead audits and risk analyses, and manage a team of four specialists. In addition, you will safeguard quality during major investments and work with operational colleagues and the supply chain.
What will you do?
- Developing and implementing integrated quality policies, procedures, risk management and crisis management.
- Organising and sharing Quality Management Reviews and best practices.
- Identifying risks and carrying out audits and assessments.
- Drawing up concrete control measures to improve QHSE performance.
- Managing a team of four QC, QA and HSE specialists.
- Acting as the point of contact for major investments.
- Working with operational colleagues, the supply chain, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to improvement projects and travelling between sites.
What do they ask?
- A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university education degree in quality, food, animal feed or a comparable field.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar QHSE role.
- Experience within the agricultural or plant-based sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and GMP+.
- Experience with audits, RCA and project management.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Experience with stakeholder management involving internal and external parties.
