About this vacancy
The QHSE Manager develops and implements QHSE policy and safeguards quality, safety and the environment within the organisation. The role includes maintaining the quality system, shaping the CSRD programme, carrying out risk analyses, and coordinating audits and certifications. The base location is Zaltbommel, with one day per week on-site at the logistics centre in Pelt, Belgium.
What will you do?
- Strategically coordinating and implementing QHSE policy
- Setting up, maintaining and leading the quality system
- Managing complex quality improvement projects
- Shaping and implementing the CSRD programme
- Chairing risk analyses
- Implementing preventive measures
- Coordinating audits and certifications
- Reporting on compliance to management and auditors
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) background in a technical field, preferably Safety Science or Technical Business Administration
- At least five years’ relevant work experience in QHSE roles
- Experience with quality management systems
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including CSRD, CE, REACH, biocides, ISPM and FSC
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Results-oriented and communicatively skilled
- Willing to be present in Pelt one day per week
- You have a good command of Dutch
