About this vacancy
As a QHSE Supervisor, you will connect policy and implementation across four locations and contribute to the commissioning of a new location in Moerdijk. You will oversee quality, occupational safety, fire safety, health and the environment, carry out audits and manage the quality management system. In addition, you will guide and develop a team of three QHSE experts.
What will you do?
- Developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE policy for multiple locations.
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Guiding the commissioning and integration of the new location in Moerdijk.
- Safeguarding safe working processes and risk management.
- Carrying out internal audits and checks.
- Analysing incidents and advising on corrective measures.
- Providing training and managing management system documentation.
- Leading, coaching and developing three QHSE experts.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- Specialist knowledge or training in safety management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with occupational health and safety, environmental or quality management in logistics or process environments is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
- You can translate non-conformities into practical improvement actions and clear advice.
