About this vacancy
As QHSE Manager at Synsel Techniek, you will manage HSE projects from start to finish for national and international clients. You will advise clients, support audits, coordinate project teams and monitor budgets and client relationships.
What will you do?
- Managing HSE projects from A to Z
- Acting as the point of contact for clients and the internal organisation
- Managing and deploying the project team efficiently
- Monitoring project budgets
- Contributing to healthy cash flow
- Implementing health and safety measures within client environments
- Identifying commercial opportunities and following them up together with Sales
- Advising clients and supporting audits
What do they ask?
- Higher Safety Studies or higher professional education (HBO)/university-level working and thinking
- Willingness to obtain HVK if you have not yet completed this programme
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in an independent HSE role
- An affinity with engineering and/or technical installations
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Project qualifications such as LEAN, IPMA or PRINCE2 are an advantage
