About this vacancy
As a QHSE Officer, you will manage and develop the QHSE management system within a technical aviation environment. You will conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits and translate policies and procedures into daily practice. The position is based in Hoogerheide, with regular visits to Lelystad.
What will you do?
- Managing and developing the QHSE management system
- Ensuring compliance with relevant aviation requirements and internal standards
- Conducting internal audits
- Coordinating external audits
- Following up on audit findings
- Writing procedures and translating policies into practice
- Developing and delivering QHSE training
- Coaching employees and promoting safety and quality awareness
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Safety Management, Integral Safety, engineering or a similar field
- Experience in a maintenance or production environment
- Experience in aviation or another regulated sector is preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with Part-145 and AS/EN 9110 is an advantage
- Practical experience conducting audits is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Independent, persuasive and people-oriented attitude
- Driving licence B
