About this vacancy
As a QHSE Supervisor, you connect policy and implementation across four locations in the Zevenbergen region. You develop and maintain QHSE policy, carry out audits and incident analyses, manage the quality management system and support the commissioning of a new location in Moerdijk. You also coach a team of three QHSE experts.
What will you do?
- Developing, implementing and maintaining QHSE policy for multiple locations.
- Monitoring compliance with legislation and regulations relating to quality, occupational safety, fire safety, health and the environment.
- Supporting the commissioning and integration of the new location in Moerdijk.
- Carrying out internal audits and inspections.
- Analysing incidents and advising on corrective measures.
- Providing training on QHSE topics.
- Managing documentation in the management system.
- Leading, coaching and developing three QHSE experts.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level.
- Specialist knowledge or training in safety science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with occupational health and safety, environmental or quality management in logistics or process environments is an advantage.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- You can translate deviations into practical improvement actions and clear advice.
