The Quality Assurance Manager Benelux is responsible for quality assurance and regulatory compliance within Perrigo Company plc in the Benelux. You manage the Benelux quality management system, oversee distribution and the supply chain, and act as Responsible Person in the Netherlands and Deputy Responsible Person in Belgium.
What will you do?
- Act as Responsible Person in the Netherlands and Deputy Responsible Person in Belgium.
- Oversee quality within distribution, the supply chain and at external partners.
- Ensure continuous inspection readiness.
- Act as the main point of contact for competent authorities, including IGJ and FAGG/FAMHP.
- Manage and continuously improve the Benelux quality management system.
- Lead audits, recalls, deviations, investigations and CAPA activities.
- Manage, coach and develop the quality team.
- Promote a strong quality culture with a focus on product quality, consumer safety and continuous improvement.
What do they ask?
- You have demonstrable experience in Quality Assurance within a GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, quality management or a comparable scientific discipline.
- You have experience as a Responsible Person or Deputy Responsible Person, or are willing to take on this role.
- You have thorough knowledge of GDP requirements and regulations in the Benelux.
- You are a collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
- You have a proactive, pragmatic and risk-based approach, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication skills and can build trusted relationships with authorities, business partners and multidisciplinary teams.
