About this vacancy
Synsel Techniek is recruiting a junior QHSE Coordinator for a manufacturing organisation in Rotterdam. You will support and carry out quality and safety activities, including inspections, internal audits, non-conformity management and corrective actions. You will work with production, engineering and management on practical process improvements.
What will you do?
- Carrying out inspections and checks
- Supporting internal audits and improvement actions
- Registering and following up on non-conformities
- Following up on corrective actions
- Working with production and engineering on process improvements
- Contributing to the preparation and maintenance of procedures and work documentation
- Complying with and supporting safety regulations
What do they ask?
- You have at least a secondary vocational education (MBO) qualification or equivalent work experience in quality or safety
- You have an affinity with quality management and safety in a manufacturing environment
- You have good communication skills
- You are a team player
- You have analytical ability
- You have a problem-solving mindset
- You have a good command of Dutch
