About this vacancy
The Quality Assurance Professional works at KWS Vegetables in Andijk on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. You support complaint handling, audits, certifications and continuous improvement programmes, and contribute to quality awareness and HSE initiatives.
What will you do?
- Supporting complaint handling, including registration checks, root cause analyses and reporting.
- Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, procedures and work instructions.
- Supporting internal and external audits and certifications.
- Monitoring follow-up actions and compliance with quality standards.
- Supporting Operations with continuous improvement programmes and quality initiatives.
- Increasing quality awareness through training, presentations, communication and meetings.
- Supporting Health, Safety & Environment initiatives.
- Assisting with HSE meetings and internal HSE audits.
What do they ask?
- You have a secondary vocational education (MBO+) or higher professional education (HBO) qualification in Business Administration, Quality Management, Process Management, Plant Sciences or a comparable field.
- You have at least three years’ experience in Quality Assurance or a comparable quality role.
- You have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and certification processes.
- Experience with audits, compliance or continuous improvement is an advantage.
- You work accurately, maintain an overview and have an eye for detail.
- You communicate easily in Dutch and English.
- You are proactive, eager to learn and improvement-oriented.
- You can engage colleagues in quality thinking and enjoy working with different teams.
