The Compliance and Quality Coordinator at Deen is responsible for safeguarding and improving quality systems across multiple locations. You translate legislation and regulations, standards and internal agreements into workable processes, control measures and demonstrable assurance, and play an important role in the further implementation of ISO 27001.
What will you do?
- Maintaining the quality system and ensuring that processes and agreements remain logical, workable and demonstrably assured.
- Contributing to the further implementation of ISO 27001.
- Supporting compliance files and translating rules, standards and agreements into clear working methods.
- Supporting quality assurance and control within projects.
- Analysing deviations, incidents and audit findings and initiating improvement actions.
- Preparing and supporting audits and organising follow-up.
- Contributing to supplier and process assurance and monitoring the consistent application of procedures and quality criteria.
- Advising management and colleagues on quality, compliance and improvements.
What do they ask?
- Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in quality management, compliance, business administration or a comparable field.
- Experience in a similar role within KAM, compliance, quality or project control.
- Knowledge of ISO systems and preferably experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- You can switch between day-to-day practice and the bigger picture.
- You work practically, maintain an overview and take matters on independently.
- You are not afraid to challenge people and know how to bring them on board.
- You are analytically strong and have a good understanding of organisational sensitivities.
